Montreal to Get Shared Bike System

Following Paris, where shared bikes are as popular as baguettes, Montreal, Quebec gets 3000 shared bikes from a company called Bixi (Bike+Taxi) in June. Brilliant idea, though four months of snow and seasonal removal/installation/storage might make turning an annual profit a tad more difficult than its Parisian forerunner. It'd be awful to see an endeavor like this go bust.
